Customers
- You may register using a standard email/password account or Nextend Social Login (Google, Facebook, X).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Only one account per email is allowed.
Vendors
- Vendors must apply via the vendor registration form.
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, store information, and products uploaded.
3. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without authorization
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform
- Engage in fraudulent activity
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Products & Sales
- Vendors may only sell digital products (3D assets, files, etc.)
- Product pricing, descriptions, and delivery are the vendor’s responsibility
- myspot.top takes a commission on each sale (configured in Dokan)
- Digital products are delivered electronically via download
5. Payments & Withdrawals
- Payments are processed via WooCommerce-supported gateways (PayFast, PayPal, Stripe)
- myspot.top does not store your payment information
- Vendors submit withdrawal requests; the platform owner pays manually (free Dokan version)
6. Intellectual Property
- Vendors retain ownership of their digital assets
- By uploading, vendors grant myspot.top a license to display their products for sale
- Buyers may not resell or redistribute purchased assets unless the license permits
7. Social Login
- Social login collects your name and email from providers (Google, Facebook, X)
- Used solely to create or log in to your account
- You may disconnect social login at any time via account settings
8. Privacy Policy
Information We Collect:
- Personal: name, email, account info, payment info
- Vendor info: store name, uploaded digital assets
- Non-personal: browser type, IP, cookies, analytics
